NEET 2021 Application Form

Application forms for NEET exam will be released on NTA’s official website. Applicants will be able to apply for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2021 (NEET 2021) through an online process only. According to the guidelines framed by the NTA, applicants are required to register themselves for the examination before proceeding to the application form. After the registration, login details are sent to the provided email id (and mobile number) which are further used for logging in and filling of the application form. Candidates don’t need to send any hard copy of their application form.

Here are some important details about the NEET 2021 application form:

  • Documents required: Scanned copy of official signatures (self and parents/guardian), scanned photograph, aadhar card. In case a person does not have an aadhar card, he/she can use other valid government identity proofs including voter ID card, ration card, etc.
  • For foreign students: Foreign nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs can apply for the examination with their passport number.

Step 1 - Fill the basic details including name, parents' name, category, email ID, mobile number etc. to complete the registration process

Step 2 - Fill the application form and provide the personal details along with the documents and academic details

Step 3 - Review the online NEET application form before final submission

Step 4 - Upload the photograph and signature

Step 5 - Pay NEET 2021 application fee

Step 6 - Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page

NEET 2021 Application Form Fee

According to the NTA guidelines, application fee for the general and OBC category is INR 1400. However, application fee for people applying through SC/ST/PwD/transgender quota is INR 750. Applicants may also require to pay GST along with other additional charges.

  • Candidates can pay NEET 2021 application form fee both in the online as well as offline modes. To make payment online they can choose net banking or any debit/credit card.
  • To pay the fee offline, they will require E-challan that will be payable only at any of the State Bank of India’s (SBI) branches.
